We only accept orders online at this time.


SECURITY GUARANTEE

All credit card information sent to reeldeepstore.com is encrypted by a Security Metrics Certified 128-bit SSL Global Server ID.  We use the world’s strongest encryption to assure the privacy of your credit card information.

We guarantee that your credit card information will be safely transmitted to us when you place your order.  We take safety of your credit card information very seriously.  Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Foxfire, Google Chrome, Microsoft Explorer, Web TV and AOL browsers each support the Secure Socket Layers standard which allows your credit card data to be sent to us safely.  For your protection and added security, we require that all orders are subject to billing address verification.  This means that regardless of where you want your order shipped, we confirm the billing address to which your credit card statements are sent.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 in fraudulent charges incurred on your credit card.  If your bank does not hold you liable for any amount up to $50.00, we will cover that amount of liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own purchase made at support@reeldeepstore.com while using our secure server.  In the event that your credit card is used without your permission, you must notify the bank which issued your credit card in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.


PAYMENT METHODS


We accept payment online by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and with Gift Certificates purchased from this site.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

We do not accept checks at this time.

All transactions are in terms of U. S. Dollars.


SALES TAX 

Because our business is located in Ohio, we are required to charge sales tax of 6.75% to shipments within Ohio only.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

On all international orders, the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees charged by the purchaser’s country.  Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time for orders shipped outside the continental United States due to the time required for the order to pass through Customs.

Depending on the circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may decide to accept or deny any international order.  If you are placing an international order, please contact us first at support@reeldeepstore.com , so we may send you an email explaining what the shipping charges will be.  We will not ship an international order without your confirmation that the shipping charges are acceptable to you. If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of advising you of the shipping charges, we will assume that you do not approve of the charges and we may cancel the order.  Once we receive your approval of the shipping method and shipping charges, we will ship the order and charge your credit card the quoted shipping charge in addition to the charge for the product ordered.

RETURN POLICY and SATISFACTION GUARENTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within thirty (30) days of its shipment date, seven (7) days for sunglasses, and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less any additional shipping charges (if any were charged to you).

Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the shipment date, within 7 days for sunglasses.  The following exceptions to this policy apply:

  1. Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new;
  2. Items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged;
  3. Electronic devices, including fish finders and downriggers, once opened, cannot be returned and if defective or damaged, must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

If you have an item that you want to return and exchange, please contact us via email at support@reeldeepstore.com for instructions on how to proceed and to answer any question you may have.  If a Return Authorization (RA) is required, you will receive it at this time.

If you do send anything back, please insure the package for the full value and obtain a package tracking number.  This is for your protection, as we cannot guarantee or be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Please keep all packing materials, manuals, warrantees and accessories intact.  Products with missing or severely damaged packages will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.


MANUFCTURERS’ WARRANTEES

The products offered on our site are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.  A copy of a specific warranty, if available, will be made available for inspection before the sale when requested.  To obtain a copy of a manufacturer’s warranty before the sale, please contact us via email.  We ask for a written request to expedite us in providing you the specific warranty that you are looking for.

All warranty claims made under a manufacturer’s warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer.  We recommend that you fill out any registration cards within 30 days of you shipment date to protect your warranty rights and let the manufacturer know that their product is in service.

We strive for accuracy regarding all the products that we offer.  However, reeldeepstore.com  cannot be liable for pictorial or typographical inaccuracies on our site.  Most of the photos and descriptions are taken directly from the manufacturers.  They change their products and offerings very often.  Therefore some of the items within this site may be out of date.  We will correct any inaccuracies as soon as we become aware of them.

All prices shown on our site are cash prices in U.S. Dollars.

If we send you a replacement item and you do not return the original item to us, you agree that we may charge your credit card for all items shipped to you, plus any normal and customary shipping charges we deem appropriate.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to any person or entity.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our site and to refuse to ship any item or product which was erroneously priced on our site.
