Service  and  Warranty



If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order (less any additional shipping charges, if any were charged to you).

Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the shipment date, within 7 days for sunglasses.  The following exceptions to this policy apply: 

  • 1) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new;
  • 2) Items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged;
  • 3) Electronic devices, including fish finders and downriggers, once opened, cannot be returned and if defective or damaged, must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

If you have an item that you want to return and exchange, please contact us via email at for instructions on how to proceed and to answer any question you may have.  If a Return Authorization (RA) is required, you will receive it at this time.

If you do send anything back, please insure the package for the full value and obtain a package tracking number.  This is for your protection, as we can not guarantee or be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Please keep all packing materials, manuals, warrantees and accessories intact.  Products with missing and/or severely damaged packages will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.



The products offered on our site are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.  A copy of a specific warranty, if available, will be made available for inspection before the sale when requested.  To obtain a copy of a manufacturer's warranty before the sale, please contact us via email at with the specific product or part number.  We ask for a written request to expedite us in providing you the specific warranty information that you are looking for.

All warranty claims made under a manufacturer's warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer.  We recommend that you fill out any registration cards within 30 days of you shipment date to protect your warranty rights and let the manufacturer know that their product is in service.
